At Your Move Conveyancing, we believe the best way to learn is by being involved.

Our Cadetship Program is designed for students nearing the completion of their degree who are ready to take the next step into the professional world. Through practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to real property transactions, you'll gain valuable insight into what a career in conveyancing looks like.

This is more than work experience. It is a paid, hands on development program designed to help you build confidence, capability, and industry knowledge while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What you'll learn

Over a structured 13 week full time program, you'll gain exposure to the full client journey and develop an understanding of how property transactions progress from start to finish.

This includes:

• Client onboarding and file setup
• Client communication and support
• Contract preparation and pre exchange processes
• Post exchange procedures
• Working with agents, brokers, and solicitors or conveyancers
• Settlement preparation and settlement day activities
• Exposure to operations, administration, and business systems
• Working within a collaborative and technology enabled environment

Throughout the program, you'll work closely with experienced team members who are invested in helping you learn, develop, and grow.
